Part-time – every Saturday
We’re looking for a part-time assistant to join our team in Whitchurch, Hampshire. Hours are 08:00–17:00 every Saturday, with extra shifts available on an ad-hoc basis.
This is a position of trust. As a key holder, you’ll be responsible for opening up, supporting the manager with the day-to-day running of the shop, cashing up and closing down. We’re looking for someone reliable, responsible and confident taking ownership of the shop and the team on shift.

Experience in customer service or supervising a team would be useful but isn’t essential. If you’ve worked in specialty coffee before, even better!

You’re the face of the business, so your presentation, attitude and behaviour need to be of the highest standard.

Duties will include
- Opening and closing the shop
- Welcoming customers and taking orders
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Running table service
- Clearing of tables and general cleaning
- Making sure staff follow procedures and complete required tasks
- Liaising with senior management
- Cashing up
Pay
£10.85 – 12.71 p/h depending on age
